This project has recently been completed after a 15 month building period. The project involved the amalgamation of the Chloorkop manufacturing facility into the Tunney premises and required extensive renovations internally to the existing plant while maintaining production, and a large extension to the building area. The existing offices were demolished and a new office, ablutions and canteen were built. The project managers were Infrastuct.

This project was for a new manufacturing facility and offices for Ampaglas Holding in Greenhills, Germiston. The factory area which has two five ton overhead cranes is 3 000mē and offices are 900mē.
